Italian Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • boneless pork chops (1 1/2-inch-thick)
  • 8 oz. Italian dressing

Steps

  1. Marinate chops, covered and refrigerated, in dressing 2-4 hours.
  2. Prepare medium-hot coals in covered barbecue grill, banking coals on sides of grill.
  3. Remove chops from marinade, discard marinade.
  4. Grill chops 12-16 minutes, turning once; about 6-7 minutes per side**until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Allow meat to rest for at least 3 minutes
