The 4-Week Workout Challenge is guided by Lindsey Bomgren, a personal fitness trainer who creates workouts designed to build strength and burn fat at home. The challenge features daily guided workout videos ranging from 20-40 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week. From upper body sculpt workouts to lower body power lifting and core conditioning – this monthly workout plan hits every major muscle in the body. Intermediate to advanced, with modifications offered for all fitness levels in the daily workout videos.
