Special Request Funding Form (requires MPB prior approval)

This form is for use by county pork associations that have used their allocated share of co-op funding and seek additional dollars for pork promotions.

Barbecue Team Funding Form (requires MPB prior approval)

This form is for use by Minnesota pork producers who belong to competitive barbeque teams.

Individual Producer Funding Form (requires MPB prior approval)

This form is for use by Minnesota pork producers who pay into the mandatory Pork Checkoff but do not belong to a county pork producers associations and/or pork producers who would like to implement their own pork promotional program.
