This form is for use by Minnesota pork producers who pay into the mandatory Pork Checkoff but do not belong to a county pork producers associations and/or pork producers who would like to implement their own pork promotional program.
County Pork Association Mailing Labels
County pork association requests for mailing labels should be made at least one week in advance by calling the Minnesota Pork Board office at (800) 537-7675. The Minnesota Pork Board office will only provide mailing labels and membership lists to the county pork producer association's leadership.
