Award Reception

• Minnesota Pork Industry Award winners and outgoing Minnesota Pork Board and Minnesota Pork Producers Association executive board leaders will be honored for their work at a special award and recognition reception on Tuesday, Jan. 17 from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Minneapolis Hilton. Media is encouraged to attend this event.

Taste of Elegance

• The Minnesota Taste of Elegance will take place Jan. 17 at the Minneapolis Hilton. Top chefs from across Minnesota will converge at the Hilton with their most innovative, delicious and original pork recipes in hope of taking home the $1,500 grand prize and a pork specific trip to the Greystone Campus of the Culinary Institute of America in California in April. Admission tickets are required to attend the 6:30 p.m. award program on Jan. 17.
