accepted until all tradeshow exhibit space is filled. (A $50 late fee will be charged after October 1, 2008.)

Tradeshow Dates & Exhibit Hours

• Wednesday, January 21

  Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

• Thursday, January 22

  Hours: 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Tradeshow Site

• The show is located in Hall A of the Minneapolis Convention Center.
• Exhibitor loading and unloading docks are inside and climate controlled.

Tradeshow Move-in & Move-out

• Move-in:

Tuesday, January 20 - 8 a.m.-7 p.m.

• Move-out:

  Thursday, January 22 - 2 p.m.-8 p.m.

• Large equipment can be moved in on Monday, January 19 from 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
• (To utilize Monday move-in for large equipment, remember to check the appropriate box on the contract.)

• Reduced Pork Congress room rates are available at the following Minneapolis hotels:

• Room rate discounts expire on December 26, 2008 or when the reserved room blocks are full.
• These hotels are connected to the Minneapolis Convention Center by enclosed skywalk.
• To ensure that you receive these special rates, say you’re with Minnesota Pork Congress when making room reservations.

Booth Assignments & Show Information

• In November, exhibitors will receive their Pork Congress informational packet from the Minnesota Pork Producers Association.
• The packet will include their booth number(s) and booth location on the tradeshow floor.

Show Services

    Watch Your Mail!

• The convention and tradeshow company, Hubbell/Tyner, will send exhibitors a letter with a web site address, username and password.
  • At this web site, exhibitors will find tradeshow equipment rental information (tables, chairs, etc. ..) order deadlines and ordering instructions.

• At this same web site, the Minneapolis Convention Center will have its forms for electrical hook-up, hard-line phone service, and other exhibitor services.

• Avoid late fees by paying attention to Hubbell/Tyner's order deadlines.

Liability Insurance

• A certificate of public liability insurance is required with contract and payment.
