  • To ensure that you receive these special rates, say you’re with Minnesota Pork Congress when making room reservations. Please Note: Hotel room rate discounts expire on December 27, 2011 or when the reserved block of rooms are full.

Room Reservation Information to Host Private Functions

Arrangements can be made to reserve meeting rooms at the Minneapolis Convention Center for tradeshow exhibitors who wish to host private functions with clients. Contact Pam Voelkel, Director of Events at (507) 345-8814 or pam@mnpork.com  for more information on this service.

2012 Pork Congress Contract (pdf)

New This Year: Recieve price breaks for multiple booths. Be sure to read the contract carefully and check mark the box that corresponds to your booth needs.

Other Information

  • The show is located in Hall A of the Minneapolis Convention Center. The loading and unloading docks for exhibitors are listed on the contract.
  • Exhibitors will receive an informational packet from the Minnesota Pork Producers Association in November. The packet will include booth number(s) and booth location.
  • A certificate of public liability insurance is required with contract and payment.

  • Large equipment can be moved in on Monday, January 17 from 1-4 p.m. Check appropriate box on the contract.
  • Watch your email and mail In November. The convention center and tradeshow company will be sending a letter that includes a website and login information to access order forms for booth supplies: carpet, tables, chairs, etc. Also at this website, the Minneapolis Convention Center will have forms for electrical hook-up, hard-line phone service, and other exhibitor services. To avoid late fees, please pay attention to the order deadlines.
