As Pork Congress nears, the event's page will be updated.

In addition to the tradeshow, Pork Congress provides attendees with educational and social activities. These include pork producer seminars that address timely issues and current topics and a custom manure applicators workshop. The custom manure applicators workshop provides licensed applicators with continuing education credits and it provides an opportunity to take the Minnesota Department of Agriculture applicators licensing test.

Other events are the Pork Industry Awards and Pork Ambassador Luncheon, Pork Ambassador Competition, and evening social activities.
