Introduction to Pork Production Curriculum

CD: 90-minutes course provides an overview of the pork industry and  

includes videos, review questions and additional resources.  

Production Series 

DVD: For advanced students and those who are new to pork production.  

The DVD contains English/Spanish versions. Topics include breeding and  

gestation, farrowing, nursery6, grower-finisher, ventilation, biosecurity,
