The Other White Meat Tour

Learn more about the tour and how

Minnesota pork producers are taking part

The Other White Meat Tour is excited to share why pork is one of the best kept secrets of the grill.  Not only is pork versatile and easy to prepare, but there are a variety of cuts – from chops to tenderloin to ribs – so your taste buds will never be bored.

It’s so simple to fire up a great-tasting dish because nearly any ingredient combination pairs well with pork, from pantry spices to prepared marinades.

I'm the Guy....the grilling guy...Guy FieriGet Grilling With Guy Fieri

The Other White Meat has teamed up with celebrity chef and grilling guru, Guy Fieri to heat up the grates with bold flavors and tantalizing pork dishes this summer!  Fieri is known for Guyisms such as, "my food is so out of bounds and off the hook, you're going to love it!" and this summer is no exception.  He is pushing boundaries on the grill with pork and he wants to share how you can too!  Check out his suggestions on how to get the most out of your efforts behind the grill.

Grilling is one of the easiest ways to serve up a meal . it's fast, fun and EASY. A grate grilling essentials is a digital thermometer. Pork should cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.  The center of pork should be a light blush of pink.

In addition to the right tools, keep in mind these grilling tips:

  • Use the right utensils. Long-handled tools and oven mitts will protect you from the heat. And try to get something light-weight - it's a lot easier to flip your chop with tongs that won't give you carpel tunnel!
  • Checking for doneness? That's where the thermometer comes in.
  • Don't forget your sides!  If you are looking for something to pair nicely with the buttery mustard sauce of the Honey-Kissed Pretzel Crusted Pork Tenderloin, whip-up some steamed garden-fresh baby carrots or green beans.  Also, you can never go wrong with a little corn on the cob.

Rev-Up Your Recipes

He has
